A Hard Conversation on a Gray South Jersey Day
Meeting a South Jersey Family About Their Home
This dreary Wednesday in South Jersey, I have the chance to sit at a kitchen table with a family that has done everything right for years. They have worked hard, made payments, built equity, and poured their lives into a home that holds birthdays, holidays, and quiet weeknights. Now they are staring down a situation that could take that away.
My hope is simple. First, see if there is any path to save the house. If there isn't, then make sure they keep as much of their hard-earned equity as possible. I hate it when tough times hit good people, especially here in places like Delran, Moorestown, and Mount Laurel. On days like this, my job feels less like real estate and more like sitting beside neighbors and helping them find a way forward.
